Sub-processors
Last updated: 2026-07-10
errorbar uses the third-party sub-processors below to provide the service. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and processes personal data only on our instructions. We'll update this page before adding or replacing a sub-processor.
Current sub-processors
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Region |
|---|---|---|
| Nebius / Token Factory | GPU compute & model inference (the underlying AI provider) | EU (primary) / US (fallback capacity) |
| Neon | Managed Postgres database (account, workspace, billing records) | EU |
| ClickHouse | Analytics store (usage telemetry, audit log, opt-in request logs) | EU |
| Vercel | Application hosting & edge delivery | EU / Global edge |
| Stripe | Payment processing (card details are handled by Stripe, never by errorbar) | EU / US |
| Resend | Transactional email delivery (sign-in, password reset, invitations) | EU / US |
| Upstash | Rate limiting & response cache (Redis) | EU |
Data residency
Inference runs in the EU by default. When EU GPU capacity is unavailable we may fall back to US capacity; customers can request EU region-pinning. We operate a zero-retention posture with our inference provider — prompts and completions are not retained by the provider for training.
